The Chester County Law Reporter is the weekly legal publication. Each issue includes a selected court opinion from the Fifteenth Judicial Court of PA, as well as legal notices for Fictitious Names, Change of Name Petitions, Certificates of Authority, Dissolution Notices, Incorporation Notices, Estate Notices, Sheriff's Sales, Adoption Notices, and more.

Do you need to publish a legal notice?

Submit information below. The deadline for all legal advertising is 12:00 Noon Tuesday for the issue published on Thursday of the following week.

To publish your legal notice:

1) SUBMIT YOUR LEGAL NOTICE ONLINE AND PAY BY CREDIT CARD.

OR  

2) DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE FORM AND MAIL WITH PAYMENT.  

Once form is submitted and payment received, you will receive a proof of publication (affidavit).
