Renter/Caterer responsible for clean up; otherwise the renting party will be charged an additional fee.

TO SECURE MEETING SPACE:
1. Contact Becky Yepremian at 610.692.1889 or byepremian@chescobar.org to confirm availability.
2. In order to reserve a room we must receive the following to secure the rental space:
    a. Completed room rental agreement - CLICK HERE FOR OUR ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM
    b. Payment in full 

        NOTE: Room rental reservation is not confirmed until payment is received
3. Once payment is received, a letter of confirmation will be sent.



REFUND POLICY:

-A refund for cancellations received 1 (one) week or more prior to the time of the room rental will be assessed an Administrative Fee of $50 per day. 

    * For multiple room/day rentals, the Administrative Fee will be assessed per room/day. 

-Cancellations received within 3 (three) days of the time of the room rental will be assessed a $100.00 Cancellation Fee.

    * For multiple room/day rentals, the Cancellation Fee will be assessed per room/day.  

-NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations received within 2 (two) days of the time of the room rental.
