Renter/Caterer responsible for clean up; otherwise the renting party will be charged an additional fee.

TO SECURE MEETING SPACE:
1. Contact Kari Piatt at 610.692.1889 or kpiatt@chescobar.org to confirm availability.
2. In order to reserve a room we must receive the following to secure the rental space:
    a. Completed room rental agreement - CLICK HERE FOR OUR ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM
    b. Payment in full 
3. Once payment is received, a letter of confirmation will be sent.
NOTE: Room rental reservation is not confirmed until payment is received


REFUND POLICY:

-Full refund for cancellations received 48 hours in advance of the time of the reservation.

-Cancellations received 24-48 hours prior to the time of the reservation will be assessed a $100.00 cancellation fee. 

-No refunds for cancellations received within 24 hours of the time of the reservation.
